We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

From time to time, Oxvexa may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Oxvexa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Oxvexa is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries caused by the carrier or delivery location.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building office, or your local carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your case and help you with the next steps.

Pre-Order or Backordered Items

Some formal dresses may be listed as pre-order or backordered items. If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be mentioned on the product page or order confirmation.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship separately or together depending on availability.
